Exclamation

Ok, I am starting to gather Vintage Toy of the Day guest hosts for the year. I have two spots open right now, and they will run...

May 23 - 28
July 25 - 30

As I am sure you know by now, a guest hosts runs the VTOTD for one week, making all toy choices their own.

If you have already been a guest host, you will not be allowed to host these two dates, as I want to give others a chance. However. After these two features, you will all be eligible to host again!

I have listed some lines, properties and companies you can cover. If you have something in mind that is not listed, let me know. But please don't request to do a line or property that features very few toys.

Some things you should know, before agreeing. The VTOTD cut off date is 1989. No toys can be featured that were produced after that year.

If you do a property, or large line, like say Star Wars, please mix it up. Don't just post a different 3 3/4" figure each day. Do a 3 3/4", 12" ship, other non-Kenner items, etc. The more diversity, the better.

Here is a list of some proposed special features....

Science Fiction
Western
Star Wars
Star Trek
G.I. Joe
Marvel Comics
DC Comics
Batman
Superman
Spider-Man
Television
Cartoons
Cereal Premiums
Non-Posable Plastic Figures
Playsets
Vehicles
12" figures
3 3/4" figures
Role Playing Toys (toy guns and the like)
Die-Cast Cars (Hotwheels, Matchbox, Johnny Lightening etc.)
Board Games
Kenner
Mattel
Hasbro
Marx
Remco
Mego
Ideal
etc.

If interested, PM, or post here!

Ok, I think i have these features covered. I am going to give SW the July spot, since it has been ages since he guest hosted.

Quikman, if you would like to do a feature sometime after July, you are welcome to.

If anyone who hasn't guest hosted yet, but is interested, shoot me a PM and we will work something out for later in the year.

Question

Any chance I could get another robot tour? Or has that boat sailed?

Sure Andy, how about in August? That would be one year since your last robot feature.
